Carry out a final inspection of the property on the morning or the day before settlement to ensure the items you inspected are still on the property and the property is as inspected by you prior to exchanging Contracts.  You will make your appointment to do your final inspection with the Sales Agent.  He will co-ordinate the time with the Owner and/or tenant.

Settlement figures are sent to you for perusal.

Ensure the property is fully insured from the day of settlement if you have not already done so.
