As we have seen, an acceptable buyer's offer will be agreed through the agent 'subject to contract'.

Put the agent in touch with Northern Beaches Conveyancing Service so that we can prepare a contract and send it to the buyer's Conveyancer/solicitor.

You will send us the deeds or, if the property is mortgaged, you will let us have details of your bank or building society so that we can obtain these on your behalf.

You should also confirm whether or not the property is sold subject to the tenant staying or vacating.
